TheBW4-TW is an up-to-date microprocessor controlled bench model of high quality and considerable value. It add twisting function. It is designed for high-frequency switching power coils, multifunctional controller and stable winding pitch system. It use a special inverter motor and driver as its main winding power, and a precise stepping motor to adjust wire pitch in order to meet the extra requirement of customer’s high-quality control. The BW4-TW has not only VU’s graceful appearance and fine configuration, but also simple operation and speedy maintenance etc multifunction. And it has proven to be the optimal choice in VU’s BOBBIN winding machines for fine wire applications with 4 spindles
BW4-TW型绕线机是由本公司研发生产的新型机种,专门针对品质价位同样需求的客户所设计。此款机器增加了自动绞线功能，BW4-TW适合各类电感线圈，变压器初级，继电器线圈及高压点火线圈绕线及绞线的**四轴绕线机，具有多功能的控制器与稳定的排线系统。本机采用特殊的伺服马达、变频马达和驱动器来作为主机的动力，同时用精密的步进马达来调整线距以达到客户较高的绕线品质要求。本机同样具备了VU**优美的外观与精密的结构，高速运转噪音小，温升小、较大提高了轴承的使用寿命。*特的绕线治具设计，更换**。同时更兼有简单操作与**维修等多样化的功能，为BOBBIN绕线机的较佳选择。
